While running from the authorities, a pair of smugglers (Marjoe Gortner, Caroline Munro) are recruited by The Emperor (Christopher Plummer) to rescue his missing son (David Hasselhoff) while they track down a mysterious super weapon designed by an evil Count (Joe Spinell).
